These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the EnrichGuru platform operated by Anri. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the EnrichGuru platform ("Platform"), available at enrichguru.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including parents and guardians ("Parents"), education and enrichment providers ("Vendors"), advertisers, and general visitors. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anri ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of EnrichGuru.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
EnrichGuru is a Singapore-based online directory platform that helps parents discover, compare, and connect with education and enrichment providers. Our services include listing enrichment centres, tuition providers, music schools, sports academies, arts studios, and other children's activity providers across Singapore.
EnrichGuru is an intermediary platform. We facilitate discovery and connection between Parents and Vendors. We are not a party to any enrolment, transaction, or contractual arrangement between Parents and Vendors. We do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Vendor listed on the Platform, nor do we verify the qualifications, certifications, or licensing of any Vendor unless expressly stated.
EnrichGuru operates as a neutral intermediary and information location tool. Listings are sourced from publicly available information, third-party data sources, staff research, and Vendor submissions. The Platform does not author, verify, or endorse the content of any listing or user review, and acts as a host of third-party information within the meaning of Singapore's intermediary liability framework.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account using email and password or Google OAuth sign-in via our authentication provider, Supabase.
When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding. • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. • Notify us immediately at support@enrichguru.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is in violation of these Terms, has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently. We may also require re-verification of your identity or account details at any time.
You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity, share account credentials, or transfer your account to another party without our prior written consent.
As a registered Parent on EnrichGuru, you may:
• Browse, search, and filter enrichment provider listings across Singapore. • Save and bookmark listings for future reference. • Submit reviews and ratings for education providers you have personally engaged. • Set preferences including your children's age ranges, district preferences, and category interests. • Receive email notifications about saved listings, new reviews, and platform updates. • Opt in to marketing communications and newsletters. • Participate in community features.
You agree that any reviews you submit will be honest, accurate, and based on genuine personal experience. You must not submit reviews that are:
• False, misleading, or fabricated. • Paid for, incentivised, or solicited by the Vendor (whether through discounts, free classes, gifts, or other consideration) without clear disclosure. • Defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or containing personal attacks. • Submitted on behalf of another person. • Designed to unfairly damage or artificially inflate a Vendor's reputation.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that violates these standards, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Education providers may claim existing listings or create new listings on EnrichGuru. By submitting or claiming a listing, you represent and warrant that:
• You are authorised to represent the business or organisation listed. • All information you provide — including business name, address, contact details, class schedules, pricing, age groups, and descriptions — is accurate, current, and not misleading. • You will keep your listing information up to date and promptly correct any inaccuracies. • You hold all necessary licences, permits, and registrations required under Singapore law to operate your business and offer the services described in your listing. • Any images, logos, or content you upload are owned by you or you have the right to use them.
Vendors acknowledge that listing on EnrichGuru does not constitute an endorsement by the Company. We do not verify the accuracy of Vendor-submitted information except as expressly stated.
By claiming an existing listing or submitting a new listing, you further represent, warrant, and agree to indemnify the Platform against any loss, liability, or claim arising from a wrongful, mistaken, or fraudulent claim of a business you are not duly authorised to represent. You acknowledge that fraudulent or deceptive claims may be referred to the relevant Singapore authorities and may result in immediate suspension of your account and any affected listing.
EnrichGuru offers several subscription plans for Vendors. For a full breakdown of plan features and pricing, please visit our pricing page.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Billing cycles. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Plan upgrades. When upgrading from one paid plan to another (e.g. Starter to Professional), the remaining unused value of your current billing period will be calculated on a pro-rated basis and applied as a credit toward your new plan. You will be charged the difference at the time of upgrade, and a new billing cycle begins from the upgrade date.
Plan downgrades. When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until that date.
Holiday Class Add-on. Vendors may purchase individual Holiday Class listings as a one-time payment. Each Holiday Class listing is active for 30 days from the date of purchase. Holiday Class purchases are separate from subscription plans and do not recur.
Promotional offers. We may from time to time offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or free trial periods. Such offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions, may be limited to one redemption per Vendor, and may be restricted to first-time purchasers. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
• Provide valid payment information and authorise recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly or annual basis. • Accept that subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. • Review your subscription details, payment methods, and invoice history via the Platform's billing dashboard.
We may adjust pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance and will take effect from the next billing cycle after the notice period. Existing annual subscribers will not be affected until their current annual term expires.
Subscription cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your billing dashboard, or by contacting us at support@enrichguru.com. Upon cancellation:
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. • Your listing will automatically revert to Free Listing features at the end of the paid period. • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing period already paid for, whether monthly or annual.
Advertising slots. All advertising slot purchases (including Homepage Featured and Category Featured placements) are one-time payments and are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the full slot duration is utilised.
Holiday Class listings. Holiday Class add-on purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the listing is activated.
Cooling-off period. As the Platform's services are digital in nature and performance begins immediately upon purchase, no cooling-off period applies to any purchases made on the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
Listing deletion. Vendors may permanently delete their listing from the Platform at any time via the listing dashboard. Before deletion, any active paid subscription must be cancelled — no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period. Active advertising placements (featured slots) must expire before a listing can be deleted. Deletion is irreversible: all associated data including reviews, photos, analytics, and class listings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Disputed charges. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@enrichguru.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and respond to your enquiry within a reasonable time.
EnrichGuru offers featured advertising placements to Vendors with active Starter or Professional subscriptions. These include Homepage Featured Listings (limited to 4 slots) and Category Featured Listings (limited to 6 slots per category).
Duration and renewal. Each advertising slot runs for a fixed period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Slots are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Vendors may renew an expiring slot within the renewal window (up to 2 days before the current slot expires), subject to availability.
Professional plan discount. Vendors on the Professional plan receive a 10% discount on all advertising slot purchases.
Advertising slots are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Featured listings are clearly marked as "Featured" on the Platform.
By purchasing an advertising slot, you agree that:
• The content displayed in your featured listing complies with these Terms and all applicable Singapore advertising standards. • We may pause, remove, or refuse any advertisement that we consider misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms. • Placement and visibility of featured listings are determined by the Platform and may vary based on user behaviour, device, and other factors. • We do not guarantee specific traffic volumes, click-through rates, or enrolment outcomes from advertising placements. • Slot availability is limited and we are not obligated to ensure a slot is available at the time of your desired purchase.
EnrichGuru displays listings sourced from public records, Vendor submissions, and third-party data sources. While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any listing information.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own listing content. Parents and users should independently verify all details — including pricing, availability, schedules, qualifications, and terms — directly with the relevant Vendor before making any enrolment or payment decisions.
We reserve the right to edit, supplement, re-categorise, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear inactive, contain inaccurate information, or violate these Terms.
9.1 Listing Sources and the Limits of Accuracy. Listings on the Platform are compiled from multiple sources, including: (a) publicly available information such as business registries, websites, and directories; (b) information submitted by Vendors claiming or creating listings; (c) third-party data providers; and (d) staff research. Listings may exist on the Platform before the relevant business has claimed, verified, or become aware of them ("Unclaimed Listings").
While we make reasonable efforts to compile accurate information, we make no representation or warranty that any listing — whether Unclaimed or Claimed — is accurate, complete, current, or free from error. Users acknowledge that directory information of this nature is inherently subject to change and may contain inaccuracies. You must independently verify all listing information directly with the relevant Vendor before relying on it or taking any action based on it.
9.2 Unclaimed Listings. Unclaimed Listings are provided for informational purposes to assist Parents in discovering enrichment options. The existence of an Unclaimed Listing does not imply any relationship, endorsement, affiliation, or agreement between the Platform and the listed business. A business that is the subject of an Unclaimed Listing may claim the listing at any time by following the claim process described in §5, or may request correction or removal under §9.4.
9.3 Claiming a Listing; Wrongful Claims. Claims of Unclaimed Listings are reviewed by Platform staff on the basis of supporting information provided by the claimant, which may include business registration details, entity name, business email, telephone, and other documentation. Approval of a claim reflects our reasonable assessment of the information provided; it does not constitute a legal determination of ownership, authority, or the truth of any representation made by the claimant.
Claimants represent and warrant that they are duly authorised to act on behalf of the business they claim, and indemnify the Platform against any loss, liability, or claim arising from a wrongful, mistaken, or fraudulent claim. Where we receive a credible dispute from a person asserting rightful ownership of a Claimed Listing, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend the listing, reverse the claim, request further evidence, or take any other action we consider appropriate pending resolution. We are not liable for any loss arising from an approved claim that is later found to be wrongful, nor for any action we take in response to a disputed claim.
9.4 Notice, Correction and Removal Requests. Any person who believes that a listing contains inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unlawful information, or that a listing has been wrongfully claimed, may submit a written notice to support@enrichguru.com. The notice should identify: (a) the listing (URL or business name); (b) the specific content that is inaccurate or objectionable; (c) the correct information, if applicable, and the basis on which the notice sender knows it to be correct; (d) the sender's relationship to the business, if any; and (e) contact details for a response.
We will consider notices submitted through this channel in good faith. We make no commitment as to the timing, form, or substance of any response, and we reserve the sole discretion to correct, edit, suspend, remove, or leave unchanged any listing, to request further information, or to take no action at all. This clause constitutes the Platform's designated notice channel for the purposes of any applicable safe-harbor or intermediary liability regime. Receipt, acknowledgement, or response to a notice does not constitute an admission of liability, a duty of care, or a waiver of any right or defence available to the Platform.
Reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content submitted to EnrichGuru represent the personal opinions of the submitting user. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the accuracy of user-generated content.
By submitting a review or other content to the Platform, you grant EnrichGuru a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
We moderate reviews to ensure compliance with our content standards but are not obligated to review every submission before publication. We may remove or edit content that violates our standards at any time without notice.
Vendors may not attempt to suppress, manipulate, or influence reviews through intimidation, legal threats, incentives, or any other means. Vendors who engage in such practices may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
10.1 Defamation, Falsity and Review Disputes. Reviews reflect the personal opinions and experiences of the users who submit them. Reviews are not statements authored, endorsed, or verified by the Platform. The Platform is a host of user-generated content and does not pre-moderate the factual accuracy of reviews.
Where a Vendor or other person believes that a review is defamatory, false, or otherwise unlawful, they may submit a notice under §9.4. We may, in our sole discretion, review such notices, and may give particular weight to notices accompanied by: (i) a court order or ruling from a competent authority; (ii) documentary evidence that the reviewer was never a customer of the Vendor; (iii) clear evidence of impersonation, fabrication, or paid/incentivised review activity; or (iv) content that is defamatory on its face, threatens violence, discloses personal data without consent, or infringes intellectual property rights.
In the absence of such grounds, we will generally not adjudicate factual disputes between Vendors and reviewers, and will instead invite the Vendor to exercise their right to reply by publicly responding to the review. Vendors expressly acknowledge that the existence of a published review — even one the Vendor disputes — does not create any liability on the part of the Platform.
10.2 Vendor Conduct Regarding Reviews. Vendors must not threaten, intimidate, or bring or threaten to bring legal action against reviewers, the Platform, or its staff for the purpose of suppressing honest reviews. Such conduct may itself be grounds for listing suspension and may be publicly disclosed where permitted by law. Legitimate legal process served through proper channels is unaffected by this clause.
The EnrichGuru brand, name, logo, website design, original content, software, and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Anri and are protected under Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
Education provider listing content, images, and logos remain the property of the respective Vendors or their licensors.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content. • Use the EnrichGuru name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means. • Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate parts of the Platform into another service or website.
You agree not to:
• Post false, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Singapore law or regulation. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security features, or operation. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform without our written consent. • Impersonate another person, business, or entity. • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent. • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or technological measures on the Platform. • Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
The Platform integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality:
• Stripe — for payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card details. • Supabase — for authentication and data storage. Account creation and login are processed through Supabase's infrastructure. • Google — for OAuth sign-in and map-related features.
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
The Platform may also contain links to third-party websites, including Vendor websites. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranties or representations regarding:
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information or reviews. • The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services provided by any Vendor. • The reliability, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. • The security of data transmitted to or from the Platform. • The outcomes of any enrolment, engagement, or interaction between Parents and Vendors. • Whether any listing on the Platform has been claimed, verified, or is otherwise controlled by its legitimate owner. • The absence of error, inaccuracy, or omission in any listing, whether sourced from public records, third-party data, Vendor submission, or staff research. • The identity, good faith, customer status, or factual accuracy of any reviewer or review.
EnrichGuru is a discovery and directory platform. We are not an education provider, an employment agency, or a party to any agreement between Parents and Vendors.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Anri and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. • Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. • Damages arising from the conduct of any Vendor or other user of the Platform. • Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions. • Damages arising from the content of any listing, whether Unclaimed, Claimed, or otherwise, and whether or not the Platform had notice of any alleged inaccuracy. • Damages arising from any wrongful, mistaken, or fraudulent claim of a listing by a third party. • Damages arising from defamatory, false, misleading, or otherwise unlawful content contributed by any user, reviewer, or Vendor. • Damages arising from any user's reliance on listing information, reviews, or ratings displayed on the Platform. • Damage to reputation, goodwill, or business arising from the publication or continued publication of any review or listing.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Singapore Dollars (S$100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anri, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• Your use of or access to the Platform. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. • Content you submit, post, or make available through the Platform. • Any dispute between you and another user or Vendor. • Any wrongful, mistaken, or fraudulent claim by you of a listing you are not authorised to represent. • Any defamatory, false, misleading, or otherwise unlawful content you submit to the Platform, including reviews and listing content. • Any dispute between you and any reviewer, user, Vendor, or third party arising from content on the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms. • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. • Extended periods of inactivity. • Non-payment of subscription fees or failure of recurring payment. • Conduct that harms other users, Vendors, or the Platform's reputation.
Upon termination:
• Your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. • Any active subscription will be cancelled and your listing will revert to Free Listing status. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of any billing period. • Any active advertising slots will remain visible until their scheduled expiry but may not be renewed. • Any outstanding fees, including for the current billing period, remain payable. • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Voluntary account closure. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@enrichguru.com. If you have an active paid subscription, you should cancel it through the Stripe customer portal before requesting account closure to avoid further charges. We will process account closure requests within a reasonable time and confirm closure by email.
Effect on data. Upon account closure or termination, we will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements. Vendor listing content may be removed or anonymised at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. • Notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. • Post a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from the Singapore courts.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
Language. These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
